……today,perhaps…..very windy…..at least my easel stayed upright this time, but my paintbox blew completely over (twice), so as well as the cat hairs, I now have bits of grit in the watercolour pans… Nice !….”authentic” maybe……

V, I would like to say “I love it!” but that would hardly be fair. I commiserate. But what a sterling performance to stay long enough for two blowings over. Your stands held their ground no doubt. Have just noticed your recent titles – you could see them as spotted too! A hearty cheer for you. P

Its funny now, but not so much yesterday (my ears have not yet recovered, despite hat), it helps thinking of it as a sterling performance 🙂 definitely Artistic Character Building ! It makes me appreciate painting in my indoor studio, even when my cat does sit on my painting when I’m not looking (or sharpen his claws on it !) very best to you P, V x

Intrepid ! yes, I like it 🙂 (it can be “dangerous” indoors – cut a huge chunk out of my finger over the weekend-accidently- with some scissors – must stay away from sharp objects, and stick to brushes !) V x

I didn’t think so, but probably ! Ironically, I was repairing my “lucky” necklace, but I think my mind wanders quite easily, and the next thing, ouch ! I will slow down and behave more sedately 🙂 I’m hoping to start a new “proper” painting today, that might calm me down 🙂 Thanks P, V x
